Job Summary: Strategically and actively engage in collections activities to recover outstanding amounts, reduce delinquency rates, and maintain positive customer relationships, aligned with internal guidelines. Internal training and well-defined processes Act proactively and strategically in collections to ensure recovery of outstanding amounts, reduction of delinquency, and maintenance of positive customer relationships, always in alignment with internal guidelines and procedures. **Main Responsibilities:** * Conduct active and reactive collections (via phone, WhatsApp, and e\-mail); * Monitor open contracts and identify delinquencies; * Negotiate payment terms and methods according to internal policies; * Update systems, spreadsheets, and financial records; * Issue invoices, track payments, and perform reconciliations; * Record collection interactions, agreements, and history; * Support the finance department with delinquency reports; * Collaborate closely with customer service, fleet, and management teams; * Maintain a professional, ethical, and courteous attitude toward customers; **Desired Profile:** * Organizational skills and attention to detail; * Clear, firm, and professional communication; * Strong negotiation and argumentation skills; * Sense of responsibility and ethical conduct; * Proactivity and agility; * Ability to follow internal processes and standards; **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (ongoing undergraduate studies preferred); * Prior experience in collections or finance-related roles; * Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets; * Comfort using digital systems and tools; Preferred Qualifications: * Experience in vehicle rental companies; * Experience handling collections for legal entities (PJ) and individuals (PF); * Knowledge of rental contracts; What We Offer: * Professional, organized, and collaborative work environment; * Opportunity for career growth alongside the company; * Internal training and well-defined processes; * Market-competitive remuneration; Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$1\.700,00 \- R$2\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Fuel allowance * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
