The professional will interface with internal and external departments, coordinating shipments and customs clearance, and ensuring all foreign trade-related commercial and financial processes are executed correctly. **And what will be your mission at CPE?** * Handle import and export operations, ensuring adherence to deadlines and compliance with customs regulations; * Negotiate freight and insurance terms with carriers and freight forwarders; * Coordinate customs clearance, working closely with customs brokers and freight forwarders; * Verify process closure, including foreign exchange and organization of international payments; * Interface with accounting and finance departments, justifying resource requirements and monitoring postings; * Report to analysts and supervisors on shipment status and relevant events; * Maintain complete control and documentation of foreign trade processes; * Support identifying opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency. **What do you need to join our team?** * Degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Logistics, or related fields; * Experience in import and export operations; * Knowledge of foreign exchange processes, international payments, and customs documentation; * Skills in negotiating with suppliers and carriers; * Strong communication, organizational, and analytical abilities; * Advanced/Fluent English (Mandatory). **Benefits?
