




Job Summary: The professional will conduct quality inspection and control of products and processes, ensuring compliance with standards and sanitary regulations, and supervise the hygiene team. Supervision of the hygiene and cleaning team Conduct quality inspections on products (raw materials and finished products), ensuring compliance with company standards. Verify hygiene and organizational conditions in production areas (Good Manufacturing Practices). Monitor production processes to identify quality failures or deviations. Record non-conformities and communicate them to responsible parties for immediate correction. Complete daily quality inspection and control reports. Monitor temperatures of cold rooms, equipment, and products (essential in slaughterhouses/refrigerated facilities). Ensure compliance with sanitary and food safety regulations. Assist in internal and external audits (e.g., health surveillance, customers). Train staff on quality and hygiene procedures. Control product shelf life, storage, and traceability. Collect samples for analysis when necessary. Monitor corrective and preventive actions (action plans). Supervise the hygiene and cleaning team.
