Production Assistant - Deboning

Job Summary: Responsible for removing, deboning, and standardizing cuts; safely handling cutting tools; and maintaining production line flow. Key Highlights: 1. Remove, debone, and standardize cuts according to work instructions 2. Safely and efficiently handle cutting tools 3. Work collaboratively to maintain production line flow **Main Responsibilities:** * Remove cuts from carcasses on the conveyor belt, debone\-them, and standardize them in shape and size per work instructions, then direct\-them to primary packaging; * Sort cuts for specific primary packaging tasks and direct\-them to the secondary packaging department for finalization and storage; * Safely and efficiently handle cutting tools; * Comply with occupational hygiene and safety regulations; * Work collaboratively to maintain production line flow. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in this role * Knowledge of cutting techniques * Commitment to production and quality targets; * Completion of elementary education preferred. **Benefits:** * Attendance bonus * Company-provided transportation * Health and dental insurance plans * On-site cafeteria * Charter transportation **Working Hours:** 07:00 to 17:00 \- Monday to Thursday 07:00 to 16:00 \- Friday **Occasional Saturday availability required, based on operational demand.** Employment Type: Full-time, CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws) permanent position
