




Job Summary: A professional responsible for the physical and sensory classification of green coffee, issuing technical reports, and ensuring quality control across all process stages. Key Highlights: 1. Conducting physical and sensory classification of green coffee. 2. Preparing technical reports and quality reports. 3. Collaborating with procurement, sales, and production departments. * Perform **physical classification** of green coffee (type, screen size, color, appearance, defects, moisture content). * Conduct **cupping sessions** for sensory evaluation (aroma, flavor, acidity, body, sweetness, aftertaste, and balance). * Identify and record **physical and sensory defects**, in accordance with SCA methodology or internal standards. * Issue **technical reports and quality reports**. * Monitor processing, storage, and roasting operations to ensure quality control. * Collaborate with procurement, sales, and production departments in defining lots and blends. * Maintain laboratory organization and equipment calibration. * Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and good manufacturing practices. **Education:** * High school diploma or equivalent **Technical Knowledge:** * Microsoft Office suite
