We seek to identify and enable the innovations that will define how we care for tomorrow’s people. **Learn more at:** **https://insumasaude.com.br/** **and** **https://www.viveo.com.br/** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Manage product inventory, ensuring proper recording of all movements and effective communication of stockouts to the responsible department; manage customer product inventory jointly with the Production department; * Define product addressing standards within the warehouse; * Handle customs clearance for shipments held by carriers and/or fiscal barriers; * Conduct inventory audits through analysis of system data regarding products, quantities, and locations, aiming to guarantee inventory data quality and accuracy; * Monitor KPIs and systemic and contingency indicators, keeping them updated with reliable and trustworthy data sourced from systems, to maximize managerial decision-making power, while safeguarding information in secure locations with restricted access; * Organize and supervise equipment transportation; * Train the workforce; * Manage personnel matters, including attendance tracking, vacation scheduling, application of disciplinary sanctions, and resolution of general conflicts; * Maintain interfaces with Production, Commercial, Supply, Procurement (and other corporate departments), and customers, ensuring execution as planned; * Support management in developing and executing cargo/transportation planning and delivery processes; * Design municipal, inter-municipal, and state-level delivery routes for products; * Perform full invoice tracking to ensure deliveries meet deadlines agreed upon with customers; * Monitor and guarantee service levels contracted with our transportation providers \[SLA]; * Supervise daily logistics activities, including goods receipt, storage, picking, invoice issuance, and shipment dispatch; * Ensure logistics processes comply with internal and external regulations and standards; * Develop and implement procedures to enhance operational efficiency; collect information related to non-conforming products; * Monitor and support incident handling within the system; * Support cost management for the department based on the approved budget; * Develop new service providers to meet demand, creating alternatives to ensure required needs are fulfilled; * Approve expenses under their responsibility. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Experience in logistics within the healthcare sector; * Completed undergraduate degree; * Preferred: Postgraduate degree. **Additional Information** **Benefits \- Caring is who we are:** ------------------------------------------------- * Health insurance \- caring for what matters most: your health; * Dental insurance \- caring for your smile too; * Meal allowance \- practicality and quality in your daily life; * Transportation allowance \- commuting with peace of mind; * Life insurance \- security and protection for you and your family; * Private pension plan \- helping you plan your future; * PPR \- Profit Sharing Program; * Viveo Health Center \- convenient access to numerous in-person specialties and an online platform; * Exclusive discounts at Mafra Specialties store; * Total Pass \- for caring for and moving your body; * Exclusive partnerships and discounts for employees \- for studies, leisure, and much more. **Exclusive benefits for PCD (Persons with Disabilities) and INSS-rehabilitated employees:** ------------------------------------------------------------------------- * Subsidy: up to 70% of the device or prosthesis value per internal policy (benefit granted only for devices related to disability); * Device replacement every 2 years upon medical recommendation, provided misuse is not identified.
