All united by a single purpose: **ensuring market access to hard-to-find medications.** **Job description** Perform operational support activities for logistics processes, contributing to the organization, control, and movement of materials, products, and documents, ensuring efficiency, safety, and compliance with established deadlines. Responsibilities and duties: * + Invoice verification against purchase orders; + Entering invoices into the system; + Receiving, inspecting, identifying, and storing raw materials and supplies; + Conducting periodic inventory counts; + Monitoring temperature and humidity in storage areas and refrigerators; + Completing records (checklists, forms, etc.); + Archiving records; + Receiving and storing finished products; + Printing order reports; + Issuing secondary labels; + Order picking / verification; + Order consolidation; + Preparing and packaging products for shipment; + Loading and dispatching to carriers and motorcycle couriers; + Recording order movements in the system; + Scheduling motorcycle couriers. **Requirements and qualifications** **Education:** Completed high school. **Experience:** Prior experience in operational or logistics support activities is desirable. **Desirable knowledge:** * Basic understanding of warehousing and inventory control; * Handling of products and material handling equipment; * Microsoft Office (basic level) and/or management systems. **Desirable requirements** * Organization and attention to detail; * Agility and responsibility; * Teamwork; * Commitment and punctuality; * Proactivity and willingness to learn. **Benefits** * Meal allowance: R$23.00/day * Transportation allowance / Fuel assistance * Usiminas Health Plan (no monthly fee, only co-payment) * Dental plan: R$26.00/month (optional) * Working hours: 8:00 AM to 5:48 PM, Monday to Friday * SESC membership * Araújo Pharmacy membership
