We are seeking an Internal Sales Representative who thrives on high performance to join this mission, serving as an essential point of contact with our customers and guaranteeing outstanding commercial service. **Your main responsibilities will be:** * Answer and support customers via phone, email, and WhatsApp; * Register orders with attention to prices, delivery timelines, expiration dates, and terms; * Negotiate prices, delivery timelines, and terms, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty; * Prepare quotations, schedule deliveries, and keep customer records up to date; * Forward inquiries and complaints to the responsible departments; * Advise customers on proper drug storage and expiration dates; * Prospect new customers and contribute to maintaining the company’s positive image; * Participate in training sessions and collaborate on initiatives that promote organizational culture. **For this position, we expect you to have:** * Completed high school (mandatory); * Prior experience in internal sales, customer service, or related areas; * Excellent verbal and written communication skills; * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; * Negotiation and customer service abilities; * Ethical conduct, proactivity, and a focus on service quality. **It would be a plus if you:** * Have experience in customer service within the pharmaceutical sector; * Possess knowledge of digital systems and tools for sales management; * Demonstrate ability to analyze commercial performance indicators; * Have previously participated in process improvement projects or customer engagement initiatives.
