Join our team! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Purchase tactical or medium-complexity items according to the category under your coordination or management; * Identify, develop, and manage tactical and operational suppliers; * Support, guide, and train internal requesters in procurement processes; * Manage contracts, tracking validity periods, price adjustments, SLAs, and compliance with agreed terms; * Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and identify opportunities for continuous improvement and cost reduction; * Support the Supply Coordination team on medium-complexity or medium-spend topics; * Stay updated on market trends and best practices applicable to managed categories. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields; * Advanced English (reading, writing, and speaking); * Experience in Procurement, preferably within large-scale companies; * Experience in CAPEX and MRO areas; * Experience in commercial analysis and contract management; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis on Excel for data analysis and reporting; * Knowledge of procurement and negotiation techniques, such as Strategic Sourcing, bidding processes, and other methodologies, as well as supplementary courses focused on Procurement.
