




Responsible for activities related to procurement processes and relevant controls, as well as for identifying and qualifying new suppliers. Responsible for data registration in the ERP system, as well as for negotiations and closing of procurement processes, in accordance with the company’s policies. **Responsibilities and duties** * Analyze and fulfill procurement requests via requisitions and MRP, ensuring appropriate inventory levels. * Research, approve, and register new national suppliers of products, services, and logistics. * Negotiate prices, delivery timelines, and terms with suppliers, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness. * Issue purchase orders, monitor deliveries, and manage returns when necessary. * Update price lists and communicate information to relevant departments. * Manage contracts and negotiations with freight carriers, ensuring agreed timelines and costs. * Conduct quotations, comparative analyses, and register freight rate tables in the TMS. * Monitor KPIs, implement cost-reduction strategies, and participate in continuous improvement projects. **Requirements and qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Logistics, International Trade, or related fields. * Prior experience in procurement and supplier negotiation. * Knowledge of supplier approval and registration processes. * Ability to analyze proposals, quotations, and manage contracts. * Proficiency in management tools (ERP, MRP) and Microsoft Office (advanced Excel). **Additional information** What do we offer?
