Responsibilities involve analyzing technical drawings, specifications, and project proposals; developing detailed cost estimates for materials; collaborating with engineering, procurement, and production teams; preparing and presenting cost estimate and budget reports; conducting post-project analysis to compare actual costs; and documenting activities. Responsibilities: * Assist in analyzing projects, specifications, and technical documents to prepare detailed cost estimates; * Assist in quantitative takeoffs of required materials, equipment, and labor; * Develop budget schedules together with the team and financial forecasts for projects; * Assist in identifying risks and proposing solutions or adjustments to financial planning; * Prepare, under supervision, cost estimate reports and present justifications to technical teams and clients; * Collaborate with engineers and project managers to adjust proposals according to requirements; Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related fields; * Intermediate English proficiency; * Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings; * Excellent communication skills; * Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. Preferred Qualifications: * Prior experience in construction cost estimating, preferably for cladding projects; * Familiarity with estimating software such as PlanSwift and Bluebeam, as well as advanced Excel skills.
