We are seeking a **People and Projects Leader**, someone autonomous enough to manage end-to-end initiatives, analytically capable of organizing priorities, and agile enough to execute consistently. Within Keevo, the Services area plays an essential role: **testing, validating, creating, and evolving solutions**—new products, services, or formats—before scaling them across our entire customer base. This demands organization, critical thinking, rapid decision-making, and strong cross-functional articulation. **Your day-to-day will include:** Your days will be full of challenges, so it’s important that you: * Lead the team, ensuring organization, clarity of priorities, and real impact on deliverables. * Take ownership of strategic projects and initiatives, structuring requirements, monitoring execution, and guaranteeing results. * Support the team in proactively identifying and resolving technical or operational issues, ensuring stability and quality throughout testing. * Organize and monitor the Services area’s projects, connecting planning, execution, and continuous learning. * Encourage feedback collection and translate learnings into practical improvements for products, services, and processes. * Develop people through close mentorship, promoting autonomy with accountability, clear expectations, and continuous growth. * Nurture our culture, balancing results, collaboration, and respect for people. * Participate in alignment and follow-up meetings, bringing clarity and direction. * Work closely with teams such as Product, Operations, and Technology to ensure seamless integration between strategy, execution, and customer experience. **Work schedule:** Monday to Thursday, 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM; Friday, 7:30 AM to 1:30 PM. **Work location:** Lourdes **Work mode:** On-site **To join our team, you should ideally:** * Have experience leading people (mandatory requirement). * Be able to take responsibility and independently manage initiatives without losing alignment. * Have hands-on experience managing and overseeing projects—including structuring, prioritizing, and executing them. * Possess clear communication skills, a mature attitude, and strong articulation abilities. * Be results-oriented while never losing sight of the fact that behind every delivery are people. * Genuinely enjoy working with people—building teams and cultivating trust-based relationships. **Does this opportunity resonate with you?
