Job Description — On-site Position \- Belvedere ✨ About the Role: Social Media We are looking for a Social Media professional who goes beyond social media management: someone creative, strategically minded, with expertise in performance, storytelling, and digital behavior — someone capable of transforming brand strategy into content that drives engagement, conversion, and connection with diverse audiences. This professional will be responsible for continuing existing initiatives, proposing improvements, and — above all — structuring and consolidating the group’s digital presence across major social media platforms, directly contributing to the positioning and growth of portfolio brands. Key Responsibilities * Manage all group social media channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok), including both the Fast Tennis brand and other group divisions; * Continue existing initiatives, propose improvements, and create, structure, and optimize new social media channels; * Develop and maintain a multi-brand editorial calendar, strategically and collaboratively; * Produce and review strategic, persuasive copy for posts, stories, reels, videos, and automations; * Actively participate in campaigns, activations, and launches in collaboration with the traffic, CRM, and performance teams; * Proficiently use automation tools such as ManyChat, RD Station, and others; * Apply social selling techniques and community relationship practices across digital channels, including interaction and responding to demands originating from social networks; * Manage internal requests via tools such as Monday, ClickUp, or Notion; * Analyze and manage social media KPIs with focus on growth, engagement, and conversion; * Generate monthly and campaign-specific reports using platforms such as Reportei, mLabs, or similar, including insights and recommendations for continuous improvement; * Stay updated on benchmarks, market trends, and innovative formats to keep channels current and relevant; * Monitor industry trends and best practices to continuously propose improvements; * Support curation and scripting of audiovisual content (especially Reels/TikTok). Minimum Requirements * Minimum of 4 years of proven experience as a Social Media professional; * Practical experience with Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube; * Excellent writing skills, mastery of copywriting, and familiarity with social media language; * Knowledge of social selling, automation tools (e.g., ManyChat), and CRM platforms; * Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Reportei, mLabs, Meta Business Suite); * Proficiency in demand management tools (Monday, ClickUp, Notion, or equivalents); * Organized, autonomous, proactive, and data-analytical mindset focused on performance. Preferred Qualifications * Prior experience working with franchise networks, startups, or companies managing multiple brands; * Basic video editing or design skills (CapCut, Canva, etc.); * Interest in sports, health, wellness, and lifestyle; * Experience leading or participating in content channel restructuring projects; * Knowledge of social selling techniques; * Intermediate or advanced English proficiency is considered a plus.
