Team management and guidance for analysts Description We are looking for a Hybrid Media Coordinator with experience in both offline and digital media. Organized, agile, collaborative, autonomous, proactive, with strong communication skills and positive energy—someone who can respond quickly to new scenarios and bring energy to building solutions together on a daily basis. A multidisciplinary professional capable of working under pressure and managing multiple accounts simultaneously. Willingness to travel. **Responsibilities:** **Offline Media:** Planning and purchasing offline media, including Out of Home (OOH), TV, radio, and other traditional channels; contract management and issuance of Purchase Invoices (PIs) with media outlets, as well as preparation of Media Plans (PMs); negotiation with media outlets and suppliers; campaign billing control. **Digital Media:** Familiarity with planning and executing campaigns on digital platforms such as Meta, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads is desirable; preparation of performance reports in collaboration with Supervisors. **Team Coordination:** Managing and guiding analyst(s), ensuring correct implementation of strategies and adherence to deadlines and goals; monitoring media campaigns from planning through to checking. **Prerequisites:** Proven experience in media buying and planning; knowledge of digital media campaigns on Meta, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads (operation and optimization); ability to negotiate with media outlets; excellent communication and organizational skills; bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising and Public Relations, or related fields; willingness to travel; on-site work with clients and teams during specific periods. **Additional Information:** Familiarity with the VBS Mídia system; knowledge of Google Analytics will be considered an advantage; advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
