




Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive, communicative, and organized Commercial Assistant to handle initial client contact, qualify leads, and schedule demonstrations. Key Highlights: 1. Dynamic profile, results-oriented, and motivated by goals **About the Position** We seek a proactive, communicative, and organized Commercial Assistant responsible for initial contact with potential clients and generating commercial opportunities. The main objective of this role is to qualify leads and schedule product demonstrations for the commercial team. Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. **Main Responsibilities** * Respond to leads received through our channels (website, WhatsApp, e\-mail, social media, etc.); * Conduct active prospecting of new clients (phone, e\-mail, LinkedIn, and other channels); * Qualify commercial opportunities; * Schedule product demonstrations with potential clients; * Follow\-up with leads and maintain relationships until demonstration scheduling; * Record and update information in the system/CRM; * Support the commercial team in opportunity generation activities. **Requirements** * Completed high school education; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Organization and discipline; * Proactivity and interest in the commercial field; * Proficiency with digital tools and basic computer skills; * Experience in the commercial field, customer service, or prospecting is a plus. **Desired Profile** We seek a dynamic individual, focused on results, with strong communication skills and motivated by goals and bonuses.
