Job Summary: We are seeking a Scrum Master/Project Manager to join a team dedicated to a client in the financial services industry, facilitating agile practices and managing projects. We are looking for a professional to serve as Scrum Master/Project Manager and join our team dedicated to a client in the financial services industry. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Facilitate the adoption and evolution of agile practices within the Credit Operations team. * Lead agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, planning, review, retrospective, backlog refinement), ensuring cadence, focus, and continuous improvement. * Remove impediments, support the team in organizing deliveries, and foster a collaborative environment. * Act as **Project Manager**, consolidating information, tracking schedules, risks, dependencies, and initiative status. * Prepare **executive reports**, monitoring dashboards, and governance materials for senior leadership and strategic stakeholders. * Ensure alignment among business areas, technology, external partners, and other squads involved in credit-related workflows. * Support the Product Owner in backlog prioritization, planning, and organization. * Monitor agile metrics (lead time, throughput, capacity, predictability) and propose improvement actions. * Conduct risk management ceremonies, scope alignment sessions, and critical delivery tracking. * Promote a culture of transparency, collaboration, and value focus. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory** * Experience as a **Scrum Master**, Agile Coach, or similar role. * Hands-on experience in **project management**, including scheduling, risk management, dependency tracking, and executive communication. * Ability to prepare \*\*executive reports\*\*, presentations, and performance indicators. * Solid knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello, etc.). * Strong communication skills—clear, concise, and tailored to diverse audiences. * Experience working in environments with multiple stakeholders and high operational complexity. **Desirable** * Experience in the financial sector, especially in **credit operations or credit products**. * Agile certifications (CSM, PSM, KMP, SAFe, etc.). * Knowledge of project governance practices (PMI, PMBOK, OKRs). * Familiarity with operational KPIs and efficiency metrics. * Experience in digital transformation initiatives or digital banks. **Here, we are \#SangueLaranja!** We have been in the market for 17 years, partnering closely with our clients to deliver transformative experiences.
