Discipline, hard work, determination, and passion are attributes of an ambitious company driven by challenges! **Job Description**• Serve as the focal point between the development team and business areas, ensuring clear understanding and alignment with the company’s strategic objectives; * Manage product roadmap and backlog, ensuring items are well-described and refined; * Translate business area requirements into clear user stories with objective acceptance criteria; * Develop technical specifications, process flows, use cases, user stories, and diagrams. * Ensure deliveries focused on business value, maximizing team results; * Plan, monitor, and track projects according to defined deadlines, scope, cost, and quality. * Maintain up-to-date documentation and promote best practices in requirements management. **Requirements** * **Education**Postgraduate/Specialization — Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields * **Experience**2 years — Experience as a Product Owner or in similar roles within agile environments; Experience in retail projects, with focus on digital sales; Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean); Strong communication skills, product vision, and results orientation; Job Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Compensation: R$4,000.00 – R$7,000.00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Education allowance * Commercial partnerships and discounts * Life insurance * Food allowance * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Selection Question(s): * What is your salary expectation?
