THE SOCIAL SERVICE OF TRANSPORT (SEST) AND THE NATIONAL TRAINING SERVICE FOR TRANSPORT (SENAT), registered with the Brazilian Federal Revenue Service (CNPJ/MF) under numbers 73\.471\.989/0001\-95 and 73\.471\.963/0001\-47, through their EXECUTIVE DEPARTMENT, hereby publicly announce the opening of registration for the Recruitment and Selection Process, as established in this Notice.
**1\. PURPOSE OF THE SELECTION PROCESS:**
1\.1\. This selection process aims to select professionals to fill vacancies according to SEST SENAT’s needs. The process will consist of eliminatory and classificatory stages.
1\.2\. Candidates who are approved may be called to assume the position within the validity period of the selection process, respecting the classification order.
1\.3\. The selection process shall be governed by this Notice, its Annexes, and any subsequent updates/corrections; its execution shall be the responsibility of the Human Resources Management of the Executive Department of SEST SENAT.
POSITIONS, VACANCIES, AND OFFERED SALARIES
2\.. The Selection Process is intended to fill vacancies for hiring professionals for the positions listed below:
**POSITION:** General Services Assistant
**EMPLOYMENT TYPE:** Indefinite-term employment contract, in accordance with the Consolidated Labor Laws (CLT).
**BENEFITS:** Services provided at Operational Units, including: dental, psychological, physiotherapy, and nutritional care; transportation allowance (as stipulated by current legislation for those who opt for it); meal and/or food allowance for positions with a 44-hour weekly workload. Additional services offered by Operational Units are extended to employees and their dependents. Life insurance. Health plan (with co-payment) \- Employee’s monthly premium fully covered by the company; dependent(s)’ monthly premium borne by the employee.
2\.1\. Work schedule and shift rotation will be communicated by the Operational Unit and/or Executive Department to the approved candidate upon notification; the candidate must confirm availability for the assigned schedule. Candidates declining the vacancy due to the work schedule will be disqualified from the selection process.
**WORKLOAD:** 44 hours per week

**JOB SUMMARY:** Performs cleaning tasks in internal and external areas and on furniture of the Operational Unit; restocks supplies in restrooms; cleans and organizes work materials; and provides support for events organized by the Unit, contributing to an environment conducive to institutional activities.
**REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS (MANDATORY):**

**EDUCATION:**
COMPLETED ELEMENTARY SCHOOL (OR HIGHER EDUCATION LEVEL)
Proof of required qualifications must be demonstrated by:
a) Diploma/Certificate duly issued by an institution recognized by the Brazilian Ministry of Education (MEC); and/or
b) Officially signed and stamped certificate of course completion.
c) In case of higher education, proof of enrollment, duly signed and stamped by the educational institution.
**EXPERIENCE:**
PROVEN PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE IN CLEANING, LANDSCAPING, AND BUILDING MAINTENANCE.
**PROOF OF EXPERIENCE:** Evidence submitted must explicitly relate to the activities specified in the minimum requirements, otherwise documents will be rejected. Proof of professional experience must be demonstrated by:
a) Employer’s declaration containing the issuer’s CNPJ number, official stamp, and signature, specifying start and end dates (if applicable), type of service performed, and detailed description of duties carried out;
b) Or a copy of the Worker’s Record Book (CTPS) or a screenshot of the digital CTPS, showing identification details and employer registration, explicitly demonstrating relevance to the targeted position (only if the CTPS entry uses nomenclature corresponding to that required in the Selection Process);
c) Or a copy of the service provision contract or autonomous worker payment receipt (RPA), specifying activities performed, supplemented by item “b” above if the position title alone is insufficient to prove the required experience.
**SYLLABUS:**
**PORTUGUESE LANGUAGE (Common to all positions):**
Text comprehension and interpretation. Official orthography. New orthographic agreement. Graphic accentuation. Punctuation. Usage of word classes. Literal and contextual meaning of words. Syntax of agreement and government. Verbal and nominal agreement.
**SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE:**
Basic hygiene and health concepts; workplace organization and cleaning. Safety fundamentals: Protection against occupational accidents. Identification and use of tools and instruments related to job duties. Quality of service delivery. Workplace etiquette. Ethics. Maintenance and preservation of electrical and hydraulic installation equipment. Autonomous Social Services. Common knowledge inherent to the position.
