Maintain integrity and cleanliness in the workplace. Knowledge of fish and their respective cuts; Perform cuts according to the standards required for menu reproduction; Preparation of all types of sushi; Select fresh fruits and vegetables for preparing high-quality dishes; Control the temperature of heating equipment; Separate handling of raw and cooked foods; Monitor food inventory and place orders when necessary; Coordinate with the maître to ensure proper preparation, considering special requests and food allergies; Maintain hygiene principles in all kitchen areas and clean your workspace at the end of each shift. Work schedule: 6 days on, 1 day off.
