Job Summary: The professional will provide customer support, track sales orders, prepare commercial proposals, and assist in event organization, managing inventory and documents. Key Highlights: 1. Inventory and document management * Customer Service: Provide customer support by responding to inquiries and resolving issues related to orders and products via WhatsApp, phone, email, and in person; * Sales Order Tracking: Monitor sales orders to ensure they are processed correctly and within established deadlines; * Commercial Proposal Preparation: Assist in creating and reviewing commercial proposals, ensuring compliance with company policies; * Quotation issuance and delivery; * Event scheduling (birthdays, team-building events, etc); * Receiving and directing event service providers (catering, decoration, photography, etc); * Supporting event organization and execution, serving as the main contact point for customers, service providers, and staff; * Supporting the manager with company-related needs; * Performing cashier coverage when required; * Ensuring high-quality customer service; * Inventory Management: Check and control inventory levels, informing the sales team about product availability. * Document Organization: Maintain organized documents and correspondence, ensuring all information is accessible and properly archived; * Preparing general reports. * Adjusting, when necessary, the positioning of protective foam pads and verifying the secure attachment of nets, toys, and other equipment. Cases requiring specialized technical attention must be referred to the responsible professional.
