This is your moment—come be **\#IN**! **Responsibilities and duties** **On a daily basis, you will:** * Conduct shift handover with the previous shift’s Supervisor to align on information, pending tasks, etc. * Provide direction and guidance to the maneuvering crew in executing daily activities and tasks, as needed. * Perform queries in an information system to obtain up-to-date data regarding: available fleet, fleet currently on route, vehicles under maintenance, and other operational and transportation-related information. * Inform the warehouse department—based on daily orders—which trucks will be directed for loading. * Periodically update the loading process (canned and push operations) and send updates via WhatsApp group to inform the client, support team, and other involved departments. * Map vehicles returning from the factory, check for newly scheduled orders, etc. * Release pre-trip authorizations for drivers via the information system. * Provide general assistance and support to drivers on a daily basis, resolving both professional and personal issues within the team, undertaking various negotiations and actions whenever necessary. * Develop and manage driver-to-vehicle shift schedules. * Conduct onboarding for new team members (drivers, maneuvering staff, and Operations Assistants). * Work alongside the team in compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. **Requirements and qualifications** **What do you need?** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Transportation Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields; * Preferred: Enrolled in or completed an MBA/Postgraduate program in Logistics and Transportation Management or related fields. * Experience in transportation or logistics operations. * Specific/Technical Knowledge — Hard Skills: * Driver’s license Category B. * Proficiency in fleet management and route planning. * Familiarity with transportation management information systems. * Knowledge of sector-specific safety standards and regulations. **Additional information** **We offer a comprehensive benefits package including:** * On-site cafeteria * Food basket * Health insurance plan * Dental insurance plan * Life insurance * Commuter allowance * Gympass * Pharmacy discounts * University discounts * Language course discounts **Connect your dreams to our values and let’s walk together toward the future.** Here, we are driven by our purpose: **to serve with passion, connecting paths, people, and dreams.** We fulfill this purpose through everything we transport across all four corners of Brazil—delivering health, wellness, beauty, energy, entertainment, and fun—enhancing people’s lives and connecting them with what they desire most.
