Job Summary: We are seeking a professional with an Engineering degree and experience in projects, operation, and maintenance of Utility Systems for pharmaceutical, veterinary, and cosmetics industries. Key Highlights: 1. Operation and maintenance of HVAC and BMS systems. 2. Installation and commissioning of AHUs, DHUs, and equipment such as chillers. 3. WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU: * Degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related fields; * Experience in projects, operation, and maintenance of Utility Systems in pharmaceutical, veterinary, and cosmetics industries; Pharmaceutical utilities knowledge is desirable; * CHECK BELOW THE MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS POSITION: * Operation and maintenance of HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning) systems; * Operation and installation of Supervisory Control Systems for monitoring and control (BMS); * Installation and commissioning of AHUs, DHUs, exhaust fans, etc.; * Installation and commissioning of equipment (chillers, pumps, heat exchangers); * Operation, maintenance, and treatment of Chilled Water Plants (CWP) and Hot Water Systems — chillers, cooling towers, pumps; * Support for qualification.
