**Sales Consultant** The Sales Consultant will be responsible for supporting customers, resolving inquiries and issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. **Responsibilities:** * Attend to customers in a courteous and efficient manner; * Identify and resolve customer issues; * Record and document customer interactions in the system; * Conduct follow-up with customers to ensure issue resolution; * Stay up to date on the company’s products and services. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in customer service; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Ability to work under pressure; * Basic computer knowledge; * Completed high school education. **Schedule:** * Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM * Saturday: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM
