




**Personnel Department Assistant \- 1062** **Responsibilities:** * Support admission, termination, and vacation processes; * Assist in preparing and reviewing payroll; * Control and archive employee documents (contracts, pay slips, declarations, etc.); * Keep time records, benefits, and personal data updated; * Support sending information to eSocial; * Provide internal and external service to employees and clients; * Assist in organizing and managing the department's administrative routine. **Requirements:** * High school diploma (preferably technical or higher education in Administration, Accounting, or related fields); * Previous experience in accounting, personnel department, or HR is desirable; * Proficiency in Office Suite (especially Excel).
