Plan, organize, and monitor clinical care processes and support coordination Respond to, manage, and execute nursing procedures while observing medical prescriptions, appropriate techniques, and ensuring compliance with delivered care—individualized, safe, and of high quality. **Schedule:** Monday to Thursday, from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.; Friday, from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. **Salary:** R$ 6.256,15 **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance; * Meal voucher or food allowance; * Medical assistance (UNIMED); * Dental assistance (METLIFE); * Educational assistance (undergraduate and postgraduate); * Daycare allowance — R$200.00 per child, for mothers with children meeting eligibility criteria and aged up to 4 years (limited to 3 children); * Quality-of-life program — including psychological support and regular physical activity; * Funeral plan; * Partnerships with restaurants, Pacheco, psychologists, pharmacies, and auto repair shops; * Christmas gift card. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Provide nursing assistance, applying appropriate techniques and procedures according to patient needs and ensuring compliance with patient care processes; * After receiving the handover of care, assess patients’ clinical status and resolve issues arising from the previous shift; * Conduct bed-to-bed rounds and clinically evaluate patients, prescribing nursing interventions and/or requesting assistance from other members of the multidisciplinary team; * Perform nursing procedures exclusive to registered nurses, as stipulated by the Federal Nursing Council (COFEN); * Support the multidisciplinary team in performing high-complexity procedures, such as cardiopulmonary arrest management, invasive procedures, among others; * Guide and supervise nursing assistants and technicians in performing procedures, correcting errors and clarifying proper application of nursing techniques; * Ensure strict adherence to infection control measures to reduce healthcare-associated infection rates; * Conduct shift handovers per departmental protocol, clearly communicating and explaining clinical incidents in detail to ensure appropriate and necessary care; * Document shift incidents in the patient’s medical record and during care handovers; * Complete discharge and transfer reports, detailing the patient’s clinical status to ensure continuity of treatment; * Verify functionality of equipment used in patient care and promptly notify the maintenance department; * Attend departmental meetings to remain updated on procedures and directives; * Deliver continuing and specialized training sessions after assessing team needs, aiming to enhance staff competence and qualification; * Assess and identify requirements for maintenance and replacement of medical-hospital, hydraulic, and hospitality materials and equipment, submitting necessary requests; * Perform other related tasks of equivalent complexity upon request from the immediate supervisor. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed undergraduate degree in Nursing; Active registration with COREN (Regional Nursing Council); Postgraduate degree in a related field or residency is desirable. **Additional Information** The ideal candidate for this position must be responsible for **planning, organizing, monitoring, and supporting clinical care processes alongside area nurses, as well as providing administrative support to coordination**, ensuring integration among clinical practice, people management, operational workflows, and clinical performance indicators.
