We seek talents eager to grow with us and leave their mark in an environment that values respect, continuous learning, and diversity. **Description:** We are seeking a professional to work as a Network Construction Assistant, responsible for supporting the installation and maintenance of fiber optic networks, ensuring signal distribution and optimal network performance. **Responsibilities:** * Install fiber optic cables on poles, underground conduits, and building facades; * Assemble splice closures and fiber optic connections; * Assist in network infrastructure construction, including installation of active equipment; * Conduct network testing and measurements to ensure proper operation; * Provide customer support during internet connection installation or maintenance; * Perform preventive maintenance activities on the network; * Record relevant information about performed activities. **Requirements:** * Basic knowledge of communication network infrastructure; * Ability to work effectively in teams and follow instructions accurately; * Willingness to work outdoors and at heights, when required; * Completed high school education. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Computer literacy; * Intermediate knowledge of electrical systems; * Basic experience working at heights; * Basic knowledge of optical networks.
