We seek a communicative, dynamic, and results-driven professional passionate about leading and developing people. **Responsibilities:** * Assess market potential in each city under your responsibility; * Manage inventory of store-use materials; * Monitor and develop sales consultants, ensuring motivation, training, and goal achievement; * Conduct training sessions and travel to stores on a daily schedule; * Organize sales initiatives for cities; * Monitor sales indicators, churn rate, average transaction value, and each store’s performance targets; * Prepare managerial reports and action plans to improve results; * Weekly meetings with the team and overall supervision. **Requirements:** * Prior experience as a sales leader, supervisor, or coordinator in retail, preferably in telecommunications or services; * Sales techniques, negotiation skills, and performance indicator (KPI) management; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems; * Strong communication skills and ability to influence teams; * Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities; * Solid knowledge of MS Office and numerical analysis; * Availability: for inter-city travel and flexible working hours. **What we offer:** * Ongoing support and training; * Dynamic, collaborative, and results-oriented environment.
