Our service is humanized and centered on the family experience and children's foot health. Job Responsibilities: Provide empathetic customer service, understanding each child's individual needs. Fit footwear and offer expert advice on size, comfort, and appropriate usage occasions. Maintain an organized, clean store with an attractive window display. Manage inventory and restock footwear items. Close sales and meet individual performance targets. Post-sales: WhatsApp, social media engagement, and customer loyalty initiatives. Requirements: Sales experience is a plus. Love for children and patience in customer interactions. Strong communication skills and friendliness. Proactivity, organizational ability, and eagerness to learn. Availability to work on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. We Offer: Fixed salary + commission based on sales.
