Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: * Recording incoming, outgoing, service, and freight bills of lading into the ERP system, ensuring compliance with tax regulations and preventing tax liabilities; * Daily organization of the digital archive of incoming tax documents, ensuring all recorded invoices are correctly filed; * Issuing tax payment slips; * Supporting internal and external customers; * Handling protocols with requests directed to the tax department; * Assisting the tax team by providing documents and information; * Supporting other company departments on matters related to the tax area. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Accounting Sciences, Business Administration, or related fields; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Attention to detail, organizational skills, strong communication, time management, and teamwork abilities. **Additional Information** **Benefits:** * Medical assistance; * Food allowance; * Meal voucher; Transportation voucher; * **Working Hours:** * Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
