Serve and assist customers, offering product suggestions. **About the position:** ================= The Fresh Produce Stocker is responsible for ensuring the quality and availability of fruits, vegetables, and greens in the supermarket's fresh produce department. They must ensure products remain fresh, well-organized, and visually appealing to customers. **Mandatory requirement:** -------------------------- * High school education in progress; **Desirable requirements:** -------------------------- * Prior experience in this role or related activities; * Knowledge of food safety regulations; * Ability to work in a team and interact with the public; * Organizational skills and attention to detail; * Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. **Responsibilities** --------------------- * Receive and inspect fresh produce department goods; * Store fruits, vegetables, and greens properly, following food safety regulations; * Maintain the fresh produce department clean and organized; * Daily inspection of product quality and disposal of items failing to meet standards; * Restock products on shelves, ensuring proper and attractive display; * Accurately price products; * Serve and assist customers, answering questions and offering product suggestions; * Maintain cleanliness and proper care of department equipment and utensils; * Conduct inventory counts and place replenishment orders as needed; * Participate in company-provided training and development programs. ### **Benefits:** * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Attendance bonus or food basket; * Performance-based incentives; * Discounts with distance-learning institutions, pharmacies, and other partners; * Shopping discounts; * Transportation allowance; * On-site meals. ### **Work schedule and working hours:** * Rotating shift: 6 days on, 1 day off
