Job Summary: Responsible for the entire procurement process, from requesting quotations and negotiating with suppliers to monitoring deliveries and preparing operational reports for Santa Casa BH. Perform procurement activities for Santa Casa BH, including: verifying purchase orders; obtaining price quotations; analyzing and evaluating quotation summaries; negotiating optimal purchasing and payment terms; submitting purchase orders to suppliers; monitoring delivery deadlines; preparing and analyzing operational reports related to the procurement process; and overseeing supplier qualification. **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday, 08:00 AM to 06:00 PM; Friday, 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM. **Salary:** R$ 4.056,54 **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance; * Meal voucher or food allowance; * Health insurance (UNIMED); * Dental insurance (METLIFE); * Education assistance (undergraduate and postgraduate); * Daycare allowance (Childcare Assistance) of R$ 200.00 (per child) for mothers with children meeting eligibility criteria and aged up to 4 years (limited to 3 children); * Quality-of-life program; * Funeral plan; * Partnerships with SESC Minas, restaurants, Pacheco, psychologists, pharmacies, and workshops; * Christmas gift card. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Plan procurement activities through analysis of consumption reports and inventory levels; * Research market suppliers to identify optimal purchasing opportunities; * Negotiate with suppliers for best pricing, delivery timelines, and payment terms based on submitted quotations, aiming to finalize purchases at optimal cost and timeline; * Issue and submit purchase requests to suppliers, monitoring the process until final resolution — i.e., correct delivery; * Procure materials for Santa Casa BH, ensuring product quality, adherence to delivery timelines, and optimal commercial terms; * Track procurement progress via phone and email to ensure timely receipt in accordance with contractual conditions; * Conduct technical visits to supplier companies when necessary, supporting registration of new companies for Santa Casa BH; * Analyze commercial proposals, validating potential agreements/contracts with coordination and/or management; * Submit advance payment requests to the finance department, monitoring the process until product delivery; * Prioritize order fulfillment based on received order volume, urgency, available budget, and requesting departments' needs; * Prepare and analyze operational reports and individual performance indicators; * Monitor credit status of partner suppliers in coordination with the institution’s coordination and finance department; * Perform other tasks of similar nature and complexity level, as requested by the immediate supervisor. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed high school education; Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; Bachelor’s degree preferred; Negotiation skills; Experience in procurement for building maintenance and construction projects is a plus.
