Support to commercial coordination and client visits **Furniture manufacturing company is hiring for:** Commercial Analyst Responsibilities: Analyze purchase orders and prepare commercial proposals; Issue orders to the factory; Support commercial coordination in daily departmental tasks; Conduct technical measurements and client visits; Prepare proposals using systems and/or spreadsheets; Review projects and documentation to be sent to clients; Analyze tender notices, including technical reading to identify requirements and assess feasibility; Prepare and update documentation, including certificates and legal and tax qualification documents; Register proposals in tender systems, participate in bidding sessions, and monitor stages with the auctioneer; Monitor deadlines, results, appeals, and challenges in tender processes; Monitor execution of contracts signed with public agencies. Mandatory Requirements: Completed undergraduate degree in Law, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields; Commercial experience with exposure to public tenders; Knowledge of relevant legislation (e.g., the new Public Procurement Law No. 14.133/21); Familiarity with tender platforms; Intermediate Office suite proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Salary: R$3.000,00 Benefits: Health insurance, Dental insurance, Basic food basket, Meal voucher (R$17.05 per working day), and Transportation allowance or Fuel subsidy Working Hours: 7:00 AM to 4:48 PM (Monday to Friday) Work Format: On-site Employment Type: CLT (Consolidated Labor Laws) Work Location: Venda Nova – Belo Horizonte Note: The company will relocate its address starting in the second semester to São José da Lapa.
