We are looking for an Industrial Warehouse Clerk to oversee the control, organization, and movement of materials used in maintenance, boiler shop, and metal structures processes. ⚠ Prior industrial warehouse experience—specifically in inventory control, receiving, and replenishment—is essential. Responsibilities • Monitor inventory levels, conduct stocktaking, and record material movements in spreadsheets or internal systems. • Pick and deliver materials to maintenance, assembly, and production teams according to requisitions. • Track material receipts and dispatches. • Maintain a clean, clearly labeled warehouse with properly identified materials. • Support logistics for shipping and receiving materials related to construction sites and external projects. Mandatory Requirements • Experience handling boiler shop, metal structure, and mechanical maintenance materials. • Knowledge of tool and PPE control processes. • Basic understanding of industrial logistics. • Proficiency in electronic spreadsheets (Excel – intermediate level), applied to inventory control, stocktaking, and material movement. • Strong communication skills and ability to support operational teams internally.
