Our Unimed **surpasses**, **achieves**, **restores**, **innovates**, **qualifies**, **prepares**, and **reaches** its purpose — day after day. **Your responsibilities will include:** ü Authorizing services for Unimed and other health insurance plan customers, following institutional and partner company regulations; ü Verifying referral forms (outpatient services), personal identification documents, and health insurance cards of customers/responsible parties for system registration; ü Updating beneficiary registration data in the system; ü Guiding patients and/or companions regarding examination and procedure routines to be performed; ü Performing financial entries, issuing invoices, and recording transactions in the management system for coordination and Finance Department control; **Requirements:** * Completed high school education **Technical Knowledge:** * Computer literacy: Word or other text editor, Excel or other spreadsheet software * Experience in customer service **What We Offer:** * Weekly workload of 44 hours (Monday to Saturday \- rotating shift schedule); * Fully company-funded medical and dental assistance; * Unimed University: Distance learning / Postgraduate studies / MBA; * Profit-sharing program; * Group life insurance; * Meal allowance / Food voucher; * Transportation voucher; * Birthday day-off; * Gympass / Wellhub. **Employment Type:** CLT (temporary).
