Responsibilities and duties: * Provide empathetic, patient-centered service to individuals undergoing tests or procedures at the clinic; * Perform sample collection procedures; * Properly store patient-collected materials, ensuring correct identification and appropriate allocation; * Apply biosafety measures during storage, transportation, handling, and disposal of materials used during patient care and related waste; * Support and perform imaging examinations; * Update patient data in electronic systems. Requirements and qualifications: * Completed high school education; * Completed technical course in Clinical Laboratory Assistance, Laboratory Assistance, or Phlebotomy; * Prior experience in this role; * Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
