Job Summary: Responsible for restocking and organizing merchandise, checking products, maintaining a clean environment, and assisting customers to ensure store organization. Key Highlights: 1. Customer service focus **Responsibilities:** * Restock and organize merchandise on shelves and gondolas according to store layout; * Check product expiration dates, pricing, and integrity; * Maintain a clean and organized environment; * Assist with unloading and storage of received merchandise; * Support customers in locating products upon request; * Conduct inventory counts and stock audits when required; * Follow company procedures and regulations. **Requirements:** * Incomplete elementary or high school education; * Organization and attention to detail; * Agility and physical fitness; * Prior experience in this role is considered an advantage; * Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays. **Desired Competencies:** * Proactivity; * Teamwork; * Responsibility; * Good interpersonal skills; * Customer service focus.
