Job Summary: We are seeking an operational professional with strong technical expertise to work on large-scale tenders, focusing on building complex cost spreadsheets, risk analysis, and contract optimization. Key Highlights: 1. Build complex cost spreadsheets for large enterprises 2. Develop strategic BDI for tenders 3. Analyze risks and feasibility (Law 14.133) **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** MONDAY TO THURSDAY 07:00–17:00 HOURS; FRIDAY 07:00–16:00 HOURS **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT We seek a professional who \*truly knows how to build comprehensive cost spreadsheets\*, with technical expertise to handle large-scale tenders. \* Build \*enterprise-level comprehensive spreadsheets (not basic templates)\* Structure \*real cost composition (labor, fleet, inputs, allocations)\* \* Develop \*strategic BDI to win tenders\* \* Conduct \*risk and feasibility analysis (Law 14\.133\)\* * Work directly with competitive proposals Control and optimize productivity of ongoing contracts (e.g., m² per team, km per sweeper, input consumption, operational efficiency) * Create indicators and adjustments to increase margin and reduce waste **Requirements:** HIGHER EDUCATION IN ENGINEERING \- COST SPREADSHEET OR PRICING COURSE. Ability to think in terms of \*cost \+ strategy \+ results\* Fast-paced, analytical, and results-oriented profile.
