Job Summary: Work in general production, performing tasks including sorting, packaging, visual inspection, assembly, machine operation, and material handling, following instructions and quality standards. Key Highlights: 1. Work across various production areas, such as supply and assembly. 2. Support quality control and compliance with production orders. 3. Work in general production—including Supply Center, Cutting & Assembly, and Stitching—assisting in sorting and packaging of parts, products, and materials; performing visual inspections and routing defective items for scrap; assisting in assembly and operation of low-complexity machines; transporting materials, products, and parts to other production processes; and performing other related and inherent duties. 1\. Perform general tasks related to the production department, primarily simple and semi-skilled activities, always following instructions from the immediate supervisor. 2\. Observe the Production Order received in the department and strictly follow specifications determined by Pattern Making, aiming to meet the company's established aesthetic and comfort standards. 3\. Assist in verifying cut parts against the Production Order description to prevent nonconformities that could compromise product quality. 4\. Assist in sole manufacturing, occasionally preparing components and performing relevant operations—such as sanding, gluing, and pressing—to shape soles, heels, and heel caps for subsequent footwear completion in the Assembly department. 5\. Assist in assembly and, occasionally, operate simple tools and machines, participating in processing, feeding, and adjustments thereof to provide effective support. 6\. As required, assemble shoe boxes by folding corrugated cardboard along pre-determined crease lines to meet demand. 7\. Assist in sorting and organizing parts, products, and materials by conducting visual inspections, segregating nonconforming items from the batch, and routing them for correction or scrap. 8\. Transport materials, products, and parts from one’s machine and/or department to other production processes to supply production lines. 9\. Operate low-complexity machines as required, correctly preparing and adjusting the machine before production begins, strictly following supervisor instructions and established safety procedures. 10\. Notify the Department Supervisor or Assistant of any nonconformities identified, ensuring awareness and implementation of necessary or corrective actions. 11\. Maintain organization, cleanliness, and preservation of departmental materials, keeping the workplace orderly and clean per company quality and safety standards, and safeguarding machines and equipment used in the process. 12\. Work in compliance with technical, quality, safety, environmental, and health standards and procedures. 13\. Participate in internal and external training programs to enhance knowledge specific to the assigned department. 14\. Understand the company’s mission, principles, values, policies, and objectives, and comply with organizational and coexistence norms. 15\. Perform other related and inherent professional duties as directed by superiors.
