Responsible for disclosing subcontracting vacancies, prospecting and acquiring new partners, attending to and guiding candidates throughout the subcontracting process, checking and forwarding information to the competent areas. Works in partnership with risk management teams and branches, providing support, clarifying doubts, ensuring efficiency and quality in service and processes. **Responsibilities and duties** * Disclose subcontracting positions, promoting the opportunities offered by the company and conducting visits and trips to prospect, attract and acquire new strategic partners; * Attend to subcontracted candidates, presenting available opportunities, guiding them through the subcontracting process and correct completion of required documentation; * Verify received information and forward it to risk management teams for candidate profile analysis and approval.
