Job Summary: Responsible for controlling materials, organizing the warehouse, assisting in the handling and sorting of poles, and ensuring workplace safety and cleanliness. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on workplace safety and organization * Control material and cargo inflow and outflow, recording all movements in spreadsheets or systems. * Monitor inventory levels to ensure data accuracy and timely replenishment when necessary. * Organize the warehouse, ensuring materials are properly labeled, correctly stored, and the space is kept clean at all times. * Conduct inspections of received and delivered materials to verify quantity and quality. * Assist in loading and unloading wooden and concrete poles, following instructions from the operator and team leader. * Support the concrete pole breaking process by remaining in a safe area and performing cleanup and removal of waste generated by the machine operation. * Clean up cement residue after pole breaking, ensuring proper yard organization and team safety. * Sort and align steel extracted from poles for subsequent loading, ensuring readiness for transportation. * Assist in moving, sorting, and organizing poles according to operational instructions. * Ensure safety by correctly using PPE and adhering to company procedures. * Maintain a clean, organized, and obstacle-free work area to prevent accidents. Support the team with up-to-date information regarding item availability.
