Responsibility and commitment in operational routines Posted 1 day ago Itapevi, SP \- Brazil###### **Job Details** * Employment type: CLT (Permanent) * Professional area: Logistics * Work mode: On-site ###### **Benefits** \- Health and dental insurance: 100% covered for the employee and 50% for dependents; \- Productivity bonus of up to R$ 300 in the 1st year, R$ 500 in the 2nd year, and R$ 700 in the 3rd year; \- Meal allowance: R$ 250.00; \- On-site meals – dinner and breakfast; \- Transportation allowance and shuttle service. ###### **Responsibilities and Duties** Perform operational activities in the logistics area, including handling, loading, unloading, picking, and pallet storage, ensuring compliance with the company’s established safety, quality, and productivity procedures. \- Load and unload trucks using a forklift or manually, when required; \- Perform material and pallet picking, verification, and organization; \- Store products correctly according to the defined layout and addressing system; \- Operate a forklift safely, if certified; \- Maintain equipment in good condition and report any irregularities; \- Comply with safety regulations, use of PPE, and internal procedures; \- Keep the workplace clean and organized; \- Support inventory counts, stock control, and operational routines. ###### **Requirements and Qualifications** \- Completed elementary education (high school diploma preferred); \- Prior experience in logistics operations; \- Forklift Operator Training Course, N11\. (mandatory); \- Basic knowledge of warehousing and cargo handling routines; \- Availability to work rotating shifts, if required; \- Valid Brazilian driver’s license (Category B).
