ConectarH is a company specialized in human resources solutions. It offers recruitment and selection services, as well as consulting in people management. **Responsibilities:** Restock merchandise on shelves and display islands according to store layout. Monitor product expiration dates and quality, removing items unsuitable for sale. Rotate stock following the FIFO principle (First Expired, First Out). Stock the sales floor, verifying price tags and product information. Organize and clean the department, including shelves, displays, and circulation areas. Assist with unloading and checking incoming merchandise when necessary. Pick merchandise for deliveries. Store products in the cold room. Properly separate and package products for disposal. Provide customer service, assisting with product location and information. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring correct waste disposal. Comply with food safety, hygiene, and occupational safety standards. For work in Belo Horizonte / MG. Previous roles such as Logistics Assistant, Logistics Coordinator, Logistics Analyst, or Logistics Supervisor may indicate familiarity with some of the duties of this position.
