**Opportunity: Logistics Assistant** We are looking for an organized and dynamic professional to join our logistics team. If you pay attention to detail and seek efficiency in controlling industrial flows, this position is for you. **Your Mission** Ensure the integrity and agility of our supply chain, from raw material receipt to shipment of finished parts. **Key Responsibilities** * **Receiving and Inspection:** Verify quantity and quality of materials against invoices and purchase orders. * **Inventory Management:** Physically organize the warehouse, conduct periodic inventories, and reconcile physical data with the system. * **Data Processing:** Enter incoming invoices and operate ERP systems. * **Shipping:** Pick orders according to invoices, ensuring appropriate packaging for safe transportation of industrial components. * **Internal Support:** Manage and deliver PPEs and supplies to the production line. **What We’re Looking For (Requirements)** * **Education:** Technical or Technological degree in Logistics (in progress or completed). * **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel is essential) and prior experience with ERP systems. * **Behavioral Profile:** Methodical organization, proactivity in resolving bottlenecks, and strong interpersonal communication skills.
