Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for receiving, organizing, and managing products, as well as supporting logistical and administrative operations within the department. Monitoring of deliveries and issuance of invoices. **Responsibilities and Duties** Receive customers, delivery personnel, and freight carriers. Receive, inspect, label, and store incoming products. Perform order picking and packaging. Record order items in the system. Issue invoices (billing). Conduct inventory counts of stock items. Report departmental incidents via the Freshdesk system. Organize products in the warehouse to optimize physical space. Contribute to achieving departmental goals. Monitor goods delivery with freight carriers. Follow departmental procedures. Maintain an organized workplace.
