Teamwork and adherence to operational routines. **SUMMARY:** Support the guesthouse kitchen operations by performing food pre-preparation, preparation, and organization, as well as cleaning and maintaining the work environment, ensuring quality, food safety, standardization, service efficiency, and guest satisfaction in accordance with company standards and current sanitary regulations. **JOB REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed high school education. * Minimum 2 years of experience as a Kitchen Assistant, Production Assistant, or in similar roles. * Availability to begin shift at 6:00 AM, according to the work schedule. * Knowledge of Good Food Handling Practices. * Knowledge of hygiene, food organization, and preservation. * Basic understanding of food storage, shelf-life control, and product identification. * Basic knowledge of food cutting, pre-preparation, and food plating. * Ability to work effectively in a team and follow operational routines.
