In **Customer Service (Call Center)**, the apprentice will interact directly with customers, supporting them in clarifying doubts, registering requests, and tracking demands—developing communication, organization, and interpersonal relationship skills. In the **Logistics** area, responsibilities focus on supporting internal processes such as control, organization, and movement of materials—providing practical insight into supply chain operations and daily workflows. In **Pickup (Production)**, learning occurs through assisting in the sorting and organization of lens blocks destined for the surfacing stage—contributing to production flow and gaining practical understanding of an essential operational area. To apply, candidates must be currently enrolled in or have already completed high school. If still studying, evening classes are preferred to better balance study and work.
