Job Summary: An analytical, organized, and quality-oriented Inventory Analyst will monitor inventory processes and metrics within a dynamic logistics operation. Key Highlights: 1. Preparation and updating of KPI and operational loss reports We are seeking an **Inventory Analyst** with an analytical mindset, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to data quality, to support operational process monitoring and inventory metrics in a high-volume, dynamic logistics operation. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Support risk analysis in operational processes, identifying discrepancies; * Monitor **inventory accuracy** and track metrics against established targets; * Assist in root-cause analysis of discrepancies and process mapping; * Complete and follow operational checklists to ensure adherence to procedures; * Support **continuous improvement** initiatives alongside leadership; * Suggest improvements to inventory routine controls and tools; * Participate in operational meetings and present data as required; * Prepare and update **KPI and operational loss reports**; * Consolidate daily operational data to ensure information reliability; * Support financial closing related to inventory discrepancies with the client; * Participate in internal audits; * Support execution of corrective actions defined by leadership. ### **Requirements** * Availability to work **Monday through Saturday, from 9:30 AM to 5:50 PM** * Intermediate or advanced Excel proficiency **(mandatory)** * Completed or currently pursuing a bachelor's degree * Experience in **inventory/stock management** * Logistics sector experience is a plus ### **Benefits** * Meal allowance: BRL 26/day (approx.
