Job Summary: Responsible for cleaning and organizing common areas, ensuring a consistently well-maintained and hygienic environment, including coffee preparation. Key Highlights: 1. Coffee preparation **Responsible for cleaning common areas.** Sweeps, mops, sanitizes surfaces, and collects trash to keep the space well-maintained. Prepares coffee. Includes floor, glass, and surface cleaning; waste collection and disposal; restocking hygiene supplies in restrooms; disinfection of specific areas; and basic organizational maintenance.
