Maintaining kitchen organization and cleanliness JOB OPENING FOR **COOK** WORK SCHEDULE: 3 times per week (FRIDAY\-SATURDAY\-SUNDAY) WORK HOURS: 7 AM TO 4 PM REQUIREMENT: Must reside in the region **Job Description:** We are looking for a **Cook** to work in a hotel and club restaurant, with **sole responsibility for preparing lunch**, following the established menu and the company's standards for quality, hygiene, and food safety. **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform pre\-preparation, preparation, and finishing of **lunch meals**; * Follow the menu and guidelines established by the company; * Ensure food quality, flavor, and attractive dish presentation; * Monitor the use of ingredients designated for lunch to avoid waste; * Maintain kitchen organization and cleanliness, as well as utensils and equipment used during the shift; * Strictly comply with hygiene, food safety, and PPE usage regulations; * Assist in inventory control related to lunch ingredients.
