This professional is responsible for ensuring flawless merchandise flow, overseeing everything from goods inspection and system entry to preparing captivating packaging. In addition to strong logistics involvement, this role will support international customer service, connecting the brand with external markets through digital channels. Responsibilities **Inventory and Systems Management** * Conduct meticulous inspection of merchandise, ensuring products are in perfect condition; * Maintain organized storage and consistently update inventory management systems and control spreadsheets accurately; * Use laptop and digital tools to monitor inbound and outbound flow. **E-commerce Operations and Shipping** * Package e-commerce orders following the brand’s visual standards and care guidelines; * Issue invoices and generate shipping labels promptly to meet posting deadlines; * Ensure flawless product dispatch, maintaining synchronization between sales and delivery. **International Digital Customer Service** * Provide WhatsApp-based customer service to international clients, delivering fast, proactive, and solution-oriented support; * Maintain excellence in written communication, reflecting the brand’s elegance. Requirements * Completed high school education; * Proficiency in laptop use, familiarity with management systems, and agility with spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets); * Experience with digital customer service (WhatsApp and Instagram), preferably combined with operational or shipping routines; * Computer skills (Office suite, systems, etc.).
